H-E-B Gift Card Order Deadline on April 24

The deadline for the next H-E-B gift card order is Tuesday, April 24. If you would like to place a new gift card order, please download the gift card order form here. You may pick up your previously ordered gift cards between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Taco Cabana location at U.S. 281 North and Evans Road. You may also submit a new order when you pick up your cards. If you do not have cards to pick up, orders are due and may be placed in the black box in the band hall by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24. It’s Band Banquet Time!

It’s time to celebrate our incredible 2017-18 season with family and friends at our annualband banquet. Join us May 11, 6 p.m.-midnight, at Holy Trinity Church’s banquet hall for dinner, awards presentations, and dancing. Bids (tickets) will be available to purchase April 12-26. Purchase during our opening early-bird weekend and save $10 per bid. Sale dates are:

• April 12-15: Early Bird! Available at $35 for one weekend only.
• April 16-26: Available at $45.

To be eligible to purchase a bid, student band fees must be paid in full. Please contact Tammy Herrera at family.herrera@yahoo.com with any questions.

Comfy Cozzzy Sheets Fundraiser

Our final student fundraiser of the year is Comfy Cozzzy sheets, with $10 going into your student’s account per set sold. This year, pink has been added as a color option, along with an additional Split King size. The fundraiser will kick off April 16 and conclude on April 30. Please make sure that your checks and order forms are dropped off in the band box by April 30. Anticipated delivery/pick up date is May 30.

In addition to the paper order form, there is an online ordering option with credit card payment. Out-of-town and local purchasers can order online and have the linens sent directly to their home(shipping charges apply) or shipped in the group’s order. Go to www.CozzzyComfy.com and, at checkout, select the online code listed below. Also ask the purchasers to enter a name in the student/group member name box.

Volunteering for Concessions

CTJBPA is always in need of volunteers for upcoming concessions. We ask that band families volunteer for at least three concessions during the school year. Concessions are one of our biggest fundraisers for the band, and we’ll be posting needs here from time to time.

Please remember, we ask ALL families to work a minimum of 3 concession events.

Also, ALL students who are wanting to be a student leader, per Mr. Lipman, are required to work a minimum of 3 concessions events.

Concessions are our largest fundraiser for the band program. It takes a lot of people to make it work. Please take a look at your schedule and signup.

Join the CTJ 25-200 Club

The 25/200 Club is an EASY way to financially support the Johnson Band on a monthly basis! Here is how it works: 200 people giving at least $25 a month! That would provide the band $300 per year, per person OR $60,000 per year if 200 people sign up! $60,000 per year will go a LONG WAY in supporting the Johnson Band! EVERY dollar raised goes directly back to the band program!
