H-E-B Gift Card Orders

The deadline for the next H-E-B gift card order will be Wednesday, September 20. To place an order, download the H-E-B Gift Card Order Form. Place orders in the band box in the band hall before 5 p.m., per the distribution schedule. Card pickup will be Wednesday, September 20 at the Taco Cabana at 281 North and Evans Road from 6-7:30 p.m. You may place a new order when you pick up your cards. Band Member Meals for BOA Austin

The deadline for placing a meal order for your band member(s) for BOA Austin is Monday, Sept. 18. These meals are included in your band fees. If you do not place an order, an order will be placed for you. If you have food sensitivity concerns, please contact Lucy Condra at jjbandmeals@gmail.com. Spaghetti Dinner Silent Auction

We need your help gathering items for our Silent Auction! Please use the attached letter and form for soliciting donations. We have broken up the shopping areas near our school into sections; page 3 of this document lists the areas. Any contact made should be reported back to Christy Murphey at christy_murphey@me.com so we can keep track. It’s not too early to begin! Many businesses require at least 60 days to approve donations! Thank you for your support in making this year’s auction great.

Volunteering for Concessions

We are always in need of volunteers for upcoming football concessions. We ask that band families volunteer for at least three concessions during the school year. Concessions is one of our biggest fundraisers for the band, and we’ll be posting needs here from time to time.

Below is the schedule for September. At this point in the year, the volleyball season has already started and football is around the corner. The first three football games are verylucrative for CTJ Band. We work both sides of the stadium (Home & Visitor). When we begin district games, we only work one side.
